Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise hourly associates in an Inspection Center, ensuring safe handling and timely production goals. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and adherence to Carvana values.

You will oversee team activities, communicate expectations, and work with the General Manager to evaluate inventory quality and repair needs. This is a full-time position requiring a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center to meet production goals.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and coach performance.
• Provide feedback and develop team members; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead a team of production associates and coordinate with the Center GM on inventory decisions.
• Identify and implement repairs efficiently to minimize rework and delays.
