Job summary

Walgreens in Athens, Alabama is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support inventory across front-end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validation. You will help ensure on-shelf availability and accurate stock records in all stores systems.

Responsibilities include executing pricing changes, assisting with orders, supporting curbside/package pickup, and delivering friendly, proactive customer service while upholding store policies and safety

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens or one year of retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices for store-wide operations.
• Review reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Manage front end and pharmacy asset protection, returns and overages.
• Open/close store in absence of management and handle cash and POS duties.
• Support warehouse/vendor inventory management including receiving and counting orders.
• Ensure accurate pricing, planogram compliance and On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
