Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of prior retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Manages on-shelf availability and validates planograms for accuracy.
• Opens/closes designated stores as required, with cash handling and POS duties.
