• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions

Mansioni

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store including front end and pharmacy
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems impacting on-hand balances and pricing
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection, and process vendor/warehouse returns and discrepancies
• Open/close the store as needed, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day
• Engage customers, greet, assist, and resolve issues to deliver a positive experience
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory management, including receiving and placing orders
• Scan deliveries in-store, ensure accurate postings, and address undelivered or incorrect orders
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings of warehouse and prescription orders daily
• Complete On-Shelf Availability processes across departments and manage disposals and returns
• Maintain pricing accuracy, signage, and compliance with regulatory pricing tasks
• Support ordering by monitoring and placing expense items and managing inventory levels
• Ensure shelf and stockroom inventory accuracy and update designated holding areas
• Maintain knowledge of store systems and equipment and assist with package deliveries and returns
• Serve as liaison during leader-on-duty shifts, managing POS tasks, refunds, and cash handling
• Comply with policies and perform additional assigned tasks
