Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment and related tasks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in GMP facility preferred.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Certifications in safety, supply chain, or process improvement are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day inventory and material management activities.
• Lead or coordinate on-site operations with cross‑functional teams.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to manage service levels and expectations.
• Coordinate sourcing for material requirements and evaluate supplier performance.
• Provide coaching and development input for team members.
• Develop reports and dashboards on inventory, service, and safety metrics.
