Avantor is seeking an on-site Inventory and Operations Coordinator in Hillsboro, OR. You will work with Lab and Production Services to manage inventory, coordinate scheduling, and support customer-focused operations within a GMP-like framework.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and strong communication to ensure timely service and regulatory compliance. Shift is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with potential earlier start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment such as material handling, inventory control, customer service, or procurement.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day inventory and material management activities (receiving, storage, distribution, sourcing, cycle counting).
• Develop schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) and allocate resources and priorities based on customer needs and deadlines.
• Serve as on-site operational authority during supervisor absences within delegated authority.
