Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling; bachelor's degree acceptable to substitute.
• Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a laboratory environment or familiarity with lab processes preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable using computers.
• Strong customer service skills with professional demeanor.
• Organizational skills with multitasking and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• GMP-regulated experience strongly desired.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and other inventory systems.
• Familiarity with PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and return laboratory glassware; ensure timely turnaround of dirty glassware.
• Establish and manage consumable stocking locations for availability.
• Oversee daily inventory of lab consumables; restock and organize as needed.
• Use barcode scanning to place and track product orders.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming supplies; dispose of packaging materials.
