Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory and administrative processes that drive maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 2nd shift (11am–8pm) with various shift differentials; potential travel; strong computer skills; and coordination with parts ordering and warranty activities to keep parts available and serviced promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations; automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and to work 2nd shift and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support service and profitability.
• Coordinate parts ordering with Centralized Parts Ordering and update PartsNet.
• Receive, store, and locate parts; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery inventory and tire stock.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and processed returns.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs.
• Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accountability.
