The role requires coordinating parts ordering, partsNet updates, and warranty items while supporting branch financial performance. The position includes second/third shift differential opportunities and holiday scheduling considerations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
2+ years in customer service and operations.
Experience in service and parts departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and reduce losses.
Order parts and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering; ensure on-time, defect-free delivery.
Receive/Store parts; update PartsNet; perform regular cycle counts; ensure availability.
Manage new/used battery inventory and tire stock; verify quantities and specs.
Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and coordinate with warranty team.
Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts arrive; manage vendor payments.
