Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Cincinnati for 2nd shift (11:00AM - 7:30PM). The role focuses on inventory management and administrative processes to support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The position involves daily parts ordering, inventory controls, and collaboration with the warranty and service teams. Strong Excel/Word skills and 2+ years in service/parts are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity for branch(es) to ensure timely service and minimize shrinkage.
• Perform process analytics on inventory, profitability, warranty campaigns, cycle counts, and RO reviews.
• Support Branch Financial Manager to improve branch performance and profitability.
• Coordinate with Vendor partners to ensure proper payments and accountability.
