Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage inventory and administrative processes for the branch(es) to support maintenance operations, profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role is 2nd shift, 11:00AM - 7:30PM, and requires collaboration with the branch team to keep repairs on track. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory productivity, performing process analyses with ServiceNet/AS400, and supporting the branch financial manager to drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations; 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and prevent loss.
• Order parts with Centralized Parts Ordering and update PartsNet; conduct cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories; ensure warranty items are shipped and returns followed up.
