Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years in customer service and operations.
• Experience in service and parts department is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and control losses.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts per sourcing procedures.
• Record and update PartsNet; perform cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tires inventory.
• Coordinate warranty shipments and returns with warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs.
• Ensure vendor support and payment processing accuracy.
