The role handles parts procurement, cycle counts, warranty handling, and collaboration with the Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs; requires strong computer skills and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• Experience in service and parts departments is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and support maintenance efficiency.
• Order parts and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
• Receive, store and track parts; perform inventory cycle counts.
• Manage battery inventory and ensure tires are available as needed.
• Monitor warranty items and coordinate with warranty department.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts are available.
• Provide vendor support and ensure correct payments.
• Support branch financial manager with performance insights.
