Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage store inventory across front-end and pharmacy operations. You will execute, monitor, and train on inventory best practices, support pricing, and handle vendor returns while ensuring planogram accuracy.

You will engage customers, lead service excellence, and assist with orders, recalls, and pharmacy postings under supervision. A flexible schedule is required in designated stores.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory best practices for store, front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports impacting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection; process vendor overages and shortages.
• Open/close store in designated stores; manage cash handling and cashier duties.
• Engage customers and lead service excellence; resolve customer issues.
• Coaching team on inventory processes; manage orders and deliveries.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings; support recall and recalls processes.
• Complete price changes, markdowns and regulatory pricing tasks.
• Assist ordering and maintain consigned inventory; support Pickup Program.
• Ensure accurate on-hand counts and inventory records; comply with laws.
