Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage store inventory across front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, and planograms. You will review reports, maintain shelf accuracy, and support pricing tasks while ensuring asset protection and proper vendor interactions.

You will assist customers, lead by example on service excellence, and perform store opening/closing duties when required.

Qualifications

Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

Executes inventory management processes for front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, and planograms.
Reviews reports and systems to ensure accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing.
Maintains asset protection, processes vendor overages/shortages, and handles pricing tasks.
Opens/closes store in the absence of management and supports cash handling.
Engages customers, delivers proactive service, and coaches team on service best practices.
Verifies pharmacy shipments, postings, recalls, and inventory accuracy under pharmacist supervision.
Manages on-shelf availability, disposals, returns, and interstore transfers where applicable.
Supports pickup program and package deliveries, including POS transactions and refunds.
