Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage store inventory across front end and pharmacy. You will execute and monitor inventory SOPs, receive and count deliveries, and assist with returns to maintain stock accuracy.

In this role, you will support pricing, planogram accuracy, and use reports to ensure on-hand balances reflect actual stock. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Maintain On-Shelf Availability and manage planograms accuracy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front end and pharmacy pricing tasks, including price changes and markdowns.
