Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented Team Member for inventory and operations across front end and pharmacy. You will validate on-hand balances, assist with pricing, and support warehouse and vendor processes. The role includes some opening/closing duties and cash-handling responsibilities in designated stores.

You will engage customers, model service standards, and help the team maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring compliance with store systems and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens or retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.

Responsabilités

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Review reports to ensure on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Manage front end and pharmacy asset protection processes and recalls.
• Open/close store tasks in designated locations and supervise cash handling.
• Support inbound deliveries, scanning, and warehouse/DSD processes.
• Post and verify pharmacy shipments and recalls under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain On-Shelf Availability end-to-end and accurate pricing.
• Coach team on inventory systems and package deliveries, including Pickup Program.
