Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a detail-oriented associate to manage inventory across both front end and pharmacy. You will count, receive, price, and return goods, while ensuring planograms and on-hand balances are accurate.

The role includes supporting storeOps, pricing, and occasional leadership during shifts. Your duties involve processing vendor deliveries, executing disposal/returns, and assisting customers with a proactive service mindset to create a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports to ensure on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Support asset protection, recalls, vendor overages, shortages, and returns.
• Open/close store duties when designated, including cash handling.
• Lead in designated shifts, register sales, process returns and voids.
• Assist in maintaining complex inventory counts and planograms.
• Coordinate with pharmacists on pharmacy shipments and recalls.
