Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a dedicated team member to manage inventory across front end and pharmacy, ensuring on-hand accuracy and timely pricing updates. The role supports receiving, counting, ordering, and vendor returns, while upholding planograms and stock availability.

Responsibilities include leading store operations during shifts, coaching staff on inventory processes, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and asset protection, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms.
• Review and coordinate use of reports to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing in front end and pharmacy.
• Execute pricing changes and maintain signage for basic departments and pharmacy items.
