Job summary

Walgreens Co. seeks an Inventory Specialist to execute, monitor, and train store-wide inventory best practices for both front end and pharmacy. You will handle receiving, counting, ordering, returns, pricing, and planogram validation to keep on-shelf availability high.

In this role you’ll supervise warehouse and vendor processes, assist with pharmacy postings, manage SKU counts, and support the Pickup Program while ensuring accurate inventory records and compliant operations across the store.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail or Walgreens experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and execute effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train store inventory best practices and SOPs for front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Ensure On-Shelf Availability and validate accuracy of planograms.
• Assist in pricing changes and basic department pricing tasks.
• Register sales on the POS system when on duty and handle related transactions.
