Job summary

Walgreens Co. seeks an inventory and store operations specialist to support both front end and pharmacy inventory activities. You will help receive, count, price, and process returns, and ensure planograms are accurate to drive On-Shelf Availability.

You will review reports and use store systems to maintain on-hand balances, pricing accuracy, and asset protection. The role includes coaching team members on inventory tasks and performing timely warehouse-to-store transfers as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens retail experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and train inventory best practices for the entire store (front end and pharmacy).
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Maintain planograms accuracy and on-hand balance reporting.
• Open/close duties, cash handling, and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Coach team on inventory processes and price changes.
