Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to manage store and pharmacy inventory, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy. You will help maintain front-end and pharmacy stock, support price changes, and ensure On-Shelf Availability. Strong attention to detail and flexible scheduling are required.

You will also engage customers, resolve questions, and partner with the leadership team to uphold service standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices across the store and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Maintain on-hand balances and pricing accuracy, including planograms.
• Open/close duties as leader on duty with cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Assist customers and resolve issues to deliver a positive experience.
