Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to manage store inventory and front-end operations, including pharmacy components. The role includes monitoring stock, receiving deliveries, maintaining planograms, and ensuring accurate pricing and order fulfillment.

The candidate must be fluent in English, able to handle a flexible schedule, and demonstrate strong attention to detail with a track record of solving operational issues.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management activities (receiving, counting, ordering, returns) and planogram accuracy.
• Performs front end and pharmacy asset protection, processes vendor overages/shortages and damaged goods.
• Opens/closes the store in designated stores, including cash handling and cashier duties as required.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and models customer service best practices.
• Executes warehouse and vendor inventory processes, scans deliveries, and ensures accurate postings of pharmacy shipments.
• Maintains On-Shelf Availability end-to-end, including disposals, recalls, and handling of returns.
• Performs inventory postings, recalls, and pricing tasks with accurate signage and regulatory compliance.
