Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate to support both front end and pharmacy stock management in a busy retail environment. You will supervise receiving, counting, pricing, and returns while maintaining planograms and on‑hand accuracy.

The role requires strong attention to detail, flexible scheduling, and the ability to train teammates on inventory best practices and store systems. You will help ensure excellent customer service and efficient stock flow.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Own On‑Shelf Availability and inventory processes, including planograms and pricing accuracy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on‑hand balances and pricing.
• Execute front end and pharmacy asset protection, shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
• Open/close in absence of management, handle cash and POS responsibilities as needed.
