The RealReal is seeking an Inventory Operations Shopkeeper to help maintain an organized stockroom and pristine sales floor while delivering exceptional service. You will handle merchandise processing, shipping, and inventory tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience that reflects The RealReal brand.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable with flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multitasking.
• Ability to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and use store equipment/technology.

Mansioni

• Scan and process merchandise shipments using inventory control processes.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards.
• Support loss prevention policies to protect assets and shrink.
• Manage inventory movement: mark-downs, transfers, receiving and POS transactions.
• Assist product placement and merchandising to reflect trends and TRR branding.
• Maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms; mentor team on store procedures.
