Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Operations Shopkeeper in Massachusetts to ensure organized stockrooms and sales floors, enabling a seamless back-of-house to front-of-store experience.

You will work with a team, manage inventories, and support customer service with a positive attitude. The role requires flexibility for 40 hours weekly (or 25 for part-time) including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments.
• Prepare and ship customers’ orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Contribute to loss prevention through policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory movement with mark-downs, transfers, consolidations, receiving and POS transactions.
• Support product placement and outfitting reflecting trends and TRR branding.
• Use core systems including POS, Google Suite, and Mac.
• Maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Teach store operations to teammates and assist with daily store functions.
• Participate in cycle and inventory counts.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
