Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk I (Materials Coordinator) for its Gowanda BTI facility in Arcade, NY. This role ensures materials are received, stored, inventoried, and staged for production, maintaining accurate records and supporting uninterrupted operations.

You will prepare material kits, conduct counts, and assist audits while communicating shortages and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows effectively with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability and willingness to work enthusiastically in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials required for production orders.
• Verify materials, quantities, and part numbers to ensure complete and accurate kits are provided to production.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records.
• Receive, store, organize, and replenish inventory within designated warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain accurate identification, labeling, and storage of inventory items.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify appropriate personnel when inventory is insufficient to support production requirements.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Participate in inventory audits and be available during audit activities as required.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas using approved equipment and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe inventory storage areas.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
