Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk I at our Gowanda BTI facility in Arcade, NY. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, and staging of materials, and support production by maintaining inventory accuracy and timely material availability.

Responsibilities include selecting and issuing kits, performing cycle counts, auditing inventory, and reporting discrepancies. Requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials for production orders.
• Verify materials, quantities, and part numbers for complete kits.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records.
• Receive, store, organize, and replenish inventory in designated areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify shortages promptly.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas using approved equipment.
