Job summary

Core Natural Resources, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Clerk responsible for receiving and issuing materials, maintaining inventory levels, and running daily material requirements planning.

You will set up new stock items, create refurbishment orders for repairable components, process emergency orders, and perform monthly physical inventories while supporting safe warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook).
• Must be physically able to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with management and maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Accept, promote and model Core Natural Resources values: Safety, Sustainability & Continuous Improvement.
• Operate warehouse forklift to unload deliveries and stock
• Receive parts and materials, verify quantities, and restock as needed.
• Issue parts and materials to support maintenance and production needs.
• Create refurbishment orders for repairable components and track cores.
• Process emergency stock and purchase orders for urgent requirements.
• Run daily MRPs and coordinate stock transfers between warehouses.
• Set up new stock items with bin labels and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform monthly physical inventory and resolve discrepancies.
