Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be detail oriented.

The role includes kitting components, performing MRP entries, managing raw materials and WIP, and supporting shipping/receiving. Onsite in Agawam, MA with Monday–Friday shifts and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with fork truck operation in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read and interpret prints and work orders
• Attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Perform physical kitting of components for mechanical assemblies
• Perform MRP entries to allocate materials and components used in the production of subparts and assemblies including: Raw Materials - Purchased hardware, Cadrex produced subparts, consigned materials
• Manage MRP and physical inventory of raw materials, purchased parts and WIP
• Manage all Shelf Life Items (ie adhesives, paints, etc.)
• Manage MRP and physical inventory of fixtures used for CNC Machining, CMM Inspection, and Assembly
• Lead and participate in routine inventory counts and annual full inventory process
• Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes and results
• Serve as a primary backup for the shipping /receiving area
