You will coordinate with production, shipping, quality, and engineering to meet delivery and specification requirements while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service in manufacturing/technical settings.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems; strong communication skills.

• Highly organized with careful attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and portals to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Process orders and schedule changes; maintain accurate account records.
• Prepare quotes and bids with input from Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Maintain forecasts and update customer portals as required.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support outside sales with account data and lead generation.
• Participate in weekly production planning and sales meetings.
• Handle complaints per the Quality Management System.
• Maintain customer files and portal login information; assist with invoices.
• Promote professionalism in all customer interactions.
