Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Three+ years manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience required.
• Two+ years supervisory experience required.
• Three+ years PC inventory and accounting skills required.
• Root Cause analysis experience preferred.
• Exposure to Lean principles and WMS knowledge preferred.
• OSHA knowledge required or intermediate.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track day-to-day facility inventory costs and support KPI goals.
• Maintain daily KPI reports and inventory control systems.
• Develop and manage cycle count programs and related inventory processes.
• Provide floor support to operations and coordinating staff.
• Oversee hold processes and participate in performance evaluations.
• Communicate effectively to ensure team alignment and safety.
