Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Manager in Aberdeen, MD to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS adjustments.

You will manage capacity reporting, bin consolidations, velocity analysis, and inventory reconciliations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires strong inventory control experience with analytical skills and leadership, reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

• Inventory control experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Track day-to-day facility inventory costs and KPI performance.
• Maintain daily KPI reports and develop inventory control systems.
• Develop and manage the facility cycle count program and related processes.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and staff on inventory issues.
• Lead hold/rework processes and drive continuous improvement.
