This role reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and includes supervising cycle counters and clerks, with a focus on achieving facility KPIs and cost controls. The position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive inventory accuracy while supporting projects and process improvements within a

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• Two years or more in manufacturing/production/distribution inventory required
• Two years or more supervisory experience required
• Two years or more PC inventory and accounting skills required
• Exposure to Lean principles, systems and tools (beginner preferred)
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) intermediate preferred
• OSHA knowledge (intermediate preferred)
• DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required (intermediate preferred)
• APICS certified intermediate preferred

Responsibilities

• Support KPI targets including GMP, safety, quality, productivity, sanitation and maintenance
• Maintain daily KPI reports
• Develop and manage inventory control systems for ongoing needs
• Develop and manage cycle count program and inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and staff
• Manage hold process for local site
• Track daily inventory costs and communicate results to the team
• Conduct shift meetings to keep staff informed and engaged
