Job summary

Sprout is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee IT asset disposition operations in a warehouse setting. You will ensure compliant handling from receipt to final disposition, maintain strict data security, and drive Lean improvements across processes.

The role requires 2+ years in supervision, knowledge of R2v3/ISO standards, and strong Excel/data reporting skills. You will manage safety, audits, and continuous staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role (ITAD or related field).
• Understanding of IT asset handling, data sanitization, and disposal.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen methodologies.
• Familiarity with R2v3 certification and ISO standards.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute and basic arithmetic.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring assets are processed and tracked per R2v3 standards.
• Mentor and develop staff to ensure process understanding and safety compliance.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Maintain chain-of-custody and data security for IT assets from collection to disposition.
• Lead Lean and 5S implementation to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure safety protocols, PPE usage, and OSHA compliance; manage safety audits.
• Monitor throughput and asset disposition to align with business goals.
