Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to quickly learn Acumatica software.
• Must present a pleasant and courteous, but professional demeanor over the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and verify part numbers, quantities, and condition.
• Match packing slips with purchase orders and process vendor invoices.
• Stage materials for jobs and create line-item parts lists for sign-off.
• Maintain warehouse organization, stock rotation, and security of inventory.
