Job summary

Prime Controls seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee material movement, storage, and inventory control across our warehouse/laydown and project coordination sites. You will lead a team, drive cycle counting, and ensure accurate BOM and shipping documentation in our Acumatica/ERP environment.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/inventory management, bulk inventory experience, and strong leadership, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, materials, or inventory management in manufacturing.
• Experience managing bulk inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee movement, storage of goods in warehouse and laydown.
• Coordinate material requirements with field/ construction and project teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead cycle counts.
• Develop KPIs for inventory accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards.
