Accredited Labs is seeking an Inventory Control & Materials Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely availability of materials for production. You will handle ERP/MRP transactions, cycle counting, material issuance, and discrepancy resolution, collaborating with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality teams.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in inventory control or related manufacturing experience;

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform ERP/MRP transactions.
• Coordinate material picking, kitting, staging, and issuance to production.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages and issues to stakeholders.
• Support traceability and inventory audit requirements.
• Keep storage areas organized and compliant with safety standards.
