Job summary

Mars Petcare in Columbus, OH is seeking an Inventory Administrative Coordinator to manage shipments, inventory accuracy, and reporting. The role requires SAP experience, warehousing background, and proficiency with MS Office. Day shift, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility for business needs.

Starting pay is $24.10/hour with opportunities for annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or warehousing experience.
• Experience with SAP.
• Competency in MS Office (Outlook).
• Preferred: 3+ years of manufacturing or warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile on-hand finished goods, commodity, and packaging inventories; troubleshoot variances and double transactions.
• Perform back flushes of daily production to maintain accuracy.
• Liaison with departments to support production and shipping needs.
• Become shift expert on SAP, WMS, and Excel; train and support Logistics Department.
• Willing to learn forklift and perform cycle counts to ensure physical inventory accuracy.
