Job summary

Mars Petcare in Columbus, OH is seeking an Inventory Administrative Coordinator to support shipments and inventory operations. The role focuses on clerical tasks, report writing, and inventory control to ensure shipping has the necessary support.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, SAP proficiency, and 1+ year in manufacturing/warehousing. Day shift, on-site with competitive pay and benefits starting immediately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or warehousing experience.
• Must have experience with SAP.
• Competency in MS Office (Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile on-hand finished goods, commodity, and packaging inventories and resolve variances.
• Perform back flushes of daily production to maintain accuracy.
• Liaise with departments to ensure all production and shipping needs are met.
• Become the shift expert on SAP, WMS, and Excel and train the Logistics Department.
• Willing to learn forklift.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure physical inventory accuracy.
