Mars Petcare in Columbus, OH is hiring an Inventory Administrative Coordinator to manage shipments and inventory supporting production and distribution. The role requires familiarity with SAP and WMS, and involves daily clerical tasks, report writing, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure timely shipping.

The position runs a day shift, Monday through Friday, with a schedule that may flex for business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or warehousing experience.
• Must have experience with SAP.
• Competency in computer and PC software including MS Office (Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile on-hand finished goods, commodity, and packaging inventories while troubleshooting and correcting various issues, inventory variances, double transactions, etc.
• Perform back flushes of daily production and quantities to maintain accuracy.
• Liaison with departments by providing vital support to ensure all production and shipping needs are met.
• Become the shift expert on SAP, WMS, and Excel and train and provide support in the Logistics Department.
• Willing to learn forklift
• Utilizing site inventory practices to perform necessary cycle counts to ensure physical inventory accuracy.
