Job summary

Recharged is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Richmond, VA to manage inventory data input, validation, and the end-to-end flow from acquisition to the frontline. The role focuses on data integrity, listing accuracy, and smooth inventory movement to support buyers.

You will verify vehicle options, review listings before they go live, assist with wholesale processing, coordinate transportation, and monitor bottlenecks to keep operations efficient as the startup scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, data entry, or automotive operations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across buyers, logistics and merchandising teams.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Data Input & Validation — accurately enter and verify inventory data.
• Vehicle Booking & Option Verification — confirm specifications, options, and booking details before listing.
• Listing Quality Review — review vehicle listings for completeness, presentation before going live.
• Wholesale Inventory Processing Support — assist with processing and documentation for wholesale inventory.
• Transportation Coordination & Logistics — support scheduling and coordination of vehicle transportation.
• Inventory Flow Management — monitor movement of inventory through each stage of the pipeline.
