Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions in Richmond, VA is seeking an energetic Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role handles storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders, and keeping stock organized to support efficient service and project work.

You will collaborate with purchasing and service teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment. You will perform shipping/receiving, maintain records, run cycle counts, and participate in open stock transfers.

Qualifications

• Experience handling shipping/receiving and stock transfers.
• Ability to manage stock records and MRP/MRP awareness.
• Strong teamwork and time management required.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving for stock transfers and standard customer orders.
• Maintain and file records of shipping/receiving.
• Pull and stage parts for project or service start up orders; notify installation or service team when orders are complete.
• Process return of parts from project orders.
• Daily review MRP for branch and approve proper requisitions for stock transfer.
• Weekly maintenance and housekeeping of warehouse area.
• Review blocked stock report weekly and process all Cores/Warranty items.
• Conduct monthly warehouse cycle counts.
• Conduct all service trucks physical inventories; transfer inventory from truck to warehouse as directed.
• Review open stock transfer report bi-weekly and expedite when necessary.
• Review items with no bin location and correct in SAP.
• Review Return Stock report and verify movements for return items.
• Daily review of items needed for open service calls and research parts; stock transfer from other plants as needed.
