Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator for our Richmond/Ashland, VA location. Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics coordination experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Construction supply and equipment knowledge a plus.
• Experience with operating various types of construction equipment a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and inventory software (RentalMan a plus).

Responsibilities

• Pull and verify customer orders and transfers.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform put-aways and maintain accurate storage of items.
• Assist in dispatching and route planning if volume requires.
• Process and verify purchase orders, transfers, and physical receipts.
• Perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Create and update bin labels and maintain proper bin location data.
• Set up and process shipments for transfers between locations.
• Verify packing slips and double-check pulled orders.
• Ensure order documentation is complete and properly filed.
