Job summary

STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Lead to partner with management to ensure accuracy and quality of warehouse inventory. You will maintain perpetual inventory, lead a team, and ensure FIFO compliance in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include recording purchases, reconciling stock, conducting cycle counts, performing ERP transfers, and preparing reports. On-site role requiring 21+ and ability to operate forklift, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a lead role preferred.
• ERP experience is preferred.
• 2-3 years working in a warehouse/inventory environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Record purchases and reconcile stock levels in ERP.
• Perform physical counts and cycle counts; verify counts vs records.
• Lead a team, assign duties, and monitor accuracy and SOP conformance.
• Ensure FIFO and proper inventory rotation.
• Prepare inventory transfer and adjustment reports; reconcile movements.
• Perform METRC transfers and rejections as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, productive work environment.
