Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking an Inventory Lead to partner with management to ensure accurate, high-quality warehouse inventory. You will maintain a perpetual stock record, reconcile counts, and lead a team to meet daily demand without compromising data integrity.

You will perform counts, audits, reports, and ERP transfers, while ensuring proper storage, safety, and FIFO rotation. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a lead role preferred.
• ERP experience is preferred.
• 2-3 years working in a warehouse/inventory environment.

Responsibilities

• Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical counts, and reconcile stock levels.
• Verify computations against stock counts and correct discrepancies.
• Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies or adjustments.
• Prepare reports such as inventory transfers, internal movements, and shortages.
• Receive, inspect, and store goods; restock as needed.
• Assist with data entry and other clerical duties.
• Verify incoming freight and organize inventory within the distribution center.
• Coordinate with workforce to allocate duties and ensure accuracy and conformance to SOPs.
• Ensure FIFO usage and rotate inventory properly.
• Communicate deviations or missing products during unloading.
• Perform warehouse audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain safe and productive work environment.
