Priority Tire seeks an Inventory Lead to oversee a large tire inventory and lead a team of inventory associates. You will implement control procedures, manage discrepancies, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong inventory control knowledge, and experience with WMS. This on-site role offers growth within our warehouse operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inventory teams in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, cycle counts, blind counts, and discrepancy analysis.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory accuracy for large tire inventory; 150,000-200,000 items.
• Lead, coach, and train a team of inventory associates to meet performance targets.
• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures including cycle and physical counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory flow and reduce carrying costs.
• Manage RMA and Drop Ship returns processes and timely processing of returns.
• Communicate with internal customers and stakeholders to finalize inventory adjustments.
