Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a Retail Inventory Coordinator in Los Angeles to ensure product availability, optimize stock levels, and align forecasting with procurement and merchandising. This role acts as the operational bridge across cross-functional teams.

You will manage inventory allocation for launches, maintain replenishment schedules, collaborate with distribution centers, and support vendor onboarding while using Excel for high‑volume data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday; weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple roles within the department.
• Experience with high-volume data entry and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage inventory allocation for promos, product launches, and seasonal pushes.
• Develop replenishment schedules to balance supply and demand.
• Coordinate with distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery and stock accuracy.
• Track market trends to refine inventory and allocation strategies.
• Assist vendor onboarding, ensuring documentation and training where needed.
• Lead cross-functional planning with merchandising, operations, accounting, and marketing.
