Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead frontline warehouse employees.

This role will coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor and manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping and inventory-counting activities. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse ops, experience with WMS and RF scanners, and strong attention to detail, communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics preferred.
• Understanding of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and inventory procedures.
• Experience leading frontline employees or small warehouse team preferred.
• Experience using WMS, PDA/RF scanners, barcode scanners or similar warehouse systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend and perform warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily operations.
• Lead team in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and counting.
• Assign daily tasks based on workload.
• Monitor progress and quality to reduce errors and discrepancies.
• Train and support new employees on procedures and safety.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized warehouse.
• Report operational issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Coordinate attendance, workflow and shift handoffs.
• Perform other warehouse duties as needed.
