Job summary

Smithey Ironware Company is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Lead for our Charleston warehouse. You will oversee inventory accuracy, assist with material movement, and coordinate with Fulfillment and Production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has warehouse operations experience, ShipHero proficiency, and a commitment to safety. Forklift certification is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with high accuracy in inventory verification and labeling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, especially ShipHero.
• Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Receive, verify, and count inventory; match to purchase orders.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies; document findings.
